Lori Beauchene, MBA, CM-BIM
Principal Consultant | BuildForward
With a career spanning construction operations, technology, and innovation leadership, Lori brings a practical perspective to helping construction organizations navigate change and make better use of emerging technologies.
Her career includes leadership roles with ENR Top General Contractors, where she has developed technology strategies, led digital transformation initiatives, built and managed teams, and worked closely with executive leadership to align innovation with business objectives.
What sets Lori apart is her understanding of both the operational realities of construction and the organizational challenges of introducing something new. Her experience spans field project management, project controls, BIM and virtual design and construction, enterprise technology, and innovation leadership.
Throughout her career, she has focused on more than simply implementing technology. Her work emphasizes building the right processes, gaining organizational support, improving adoption, and creating solutions that deliver lasting value.
In addition to her industry experience, Lori teaches graduate-level Construction Science courses at Texas A&M University, where she brings emerging technologies, innovation, and real-world industry perspectives into the classroom.
She holds an MBA with a concentration in Strategic Innovation and is passionate about helping construction organizations approach innovation with greater purpose, structure, and confidence.
